Shipping Policy

At Neemyukt, we've designed our entire shipping process to be as secure and seamless as possible — from the moment you place an order to when it arrives at your door.

100% Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, completely unbranded outer packaging — no logos, no brand name, no product descriptions. Even the packing slip inside uses generic product descriptions.

What your bank/card statement shows:All transactions appear under our registered company name — never “Neemyukt” and never any product-related name.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most serviceable pincodes. A nominal handling fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders, as shown at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Order processing: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement (for orders placed before 1 PM on business days).

Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–6 business days. Remote/rural areas: 6–8 business days.

These are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. If you haven't received a tracking update within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Multiple Shipments

We try to ship all items in your order together. However, if certain products are being shipped from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or tampered, please take photos and/or a video before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@neemyukt.com.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. If your area is not yet serviceable, email us at support@neemyukt.com— we'll do our best to find a way to deliver to you.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it hasn't already been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy instead.
