Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for return/replacement: Products that arrive damaged, defective, or in a tampered condition — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging. Wrong product delivered. Products that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging — within 7 days of delivery.

Not eligible for return or refund: Products that have been opened, used, or have broken/tampered seals. Consumable products once the seal is broken. Products returned without prior authorisation. Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective or damaged on arrival). Products that simply did not meet personal expectations.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or report a damaged/defective product, email us at support@neemyukt.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for return, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions. Please do not ship any product back without receiving return authorisation from us first.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will ship a free replacement as quickly as possible. Replacements are subject to stock availability — if the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Product Warranty

All Neemyukt products come with a 7-day return policy against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What's covered: Manufacturing defects and quality issues arising during normal use as per product instructions.

What's not covered: Physical damage due to drops, impacts, or misuse. Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by failure to follow care and usage instructions.

To claim warranty: Email us at support@neemyukt.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect.

Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to that platform's return and refund policies. We cannot process direct refunds for marketplace purchases.

Gift Cards & Promotional Credits

Gift cards, promotional credits, and discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
