3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid at 10% — a stable form of vitamin C, chosen over pure L-ascorbic acid because L-AA oxidises in the bottle and most people never get the dose they paid for.
Vitamin E at 1% and ferulic acid at 0.5% complete the network. The three work as a set: ferulic stabilises the other two, and C and E regenerate each other. A vitamin C serum carrying only C is doing a third of the job. Niacinamide at 4% sits alongside.
Formulated at pH 5.0–5.5, the one window where ethyl ascorbic and niacinamide are both comfortable. Disodium EDTA is in there to chelate the metals that oxidise vitamin C.
It ships in amber airless packaging, filled under nitrogen, because light and air are what ruin a vitamin C serum. Pale straw is how it should look. If a vitamin C serum you own has gone yellow-brown, that is oxidation and it has stopped doing much.
