Combination skin can use a balanced neem face wash year-round. Whatever your type, choose SLS-free — harsh sulphates are the most common reason a face wash "doesn't suit" someone.
Twice a day — once in the morning and once at night — is right for almost every skin type. Washing more often strips the skin barrier, and oily skin actually responds by producing more oil to compensate, making the problem worse.
